Cranberry Pear Crisp

9 servings at 1/2 cup each
• 4 large pears, cored, peeled and sliced
• 2 T brown sugar
• 1t. cinnamon, divided
• 1/2 C flour
• 3 T butter
• 1 C Post Selects Cranberry Crunch Cereal
Preheat oven to 375 F. Toss pear slices, sugar and 1/2 cinnamon in a large bowl. Place in 8 inch square baking dish.

Mix 1/2 sugar, flour, and remaining 1/2 t. cinnamon in large bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cereal and sprinkle over pears.

Bake 30 minutes or until pears are tender. Serve warm.
